This is your chance to 1) have a car when no one else will finance you, and, 2) improve your credit if you make your payments on time. Sorry to hear about your plight, but face the facts: This company is giving you a chance to have a car even though you have crumby credit.why do you have crumby credit? because you don't pay your bills! So they knew you don't pay your bills when they gave you this loan. The car dealer did tell me that if I can hold on to this car and pay it off I will be able to get financing through more reputable companies that dont put you through hell because you have bad credit and they are your last resort! The car at the time I got it would have been worth maybe 8 or 9000 dollars. I paid 22, 000 for a used car with 35, 000 miles on it. I am almost done with this nightmare company and I will never, ever deal with them or recommend anyone to them. I love to see people advance, but she is not ready to be an accounts manager. She gave some lame excuse which I really didnt want to hear so I hung up on her as she had done to me. When it was all settled I asked her why she didnt figure this out before calling, threatening me and then hanging up when I persisted in telling her that I couldnt be two months behind. So I made the payment of 145.00 which now brings me current.

So today, she calls me back and says that she spoke to her supervisor and they figured out that because I had made several payments that were not full amounts, August payment had not rolled over. I pulled out all my receipts (Western Union) and gave her payment dates and MTCN numbers. I had my car reposessed by them last year because if was over 20 days past due so why would I get myself in that perdicament again. Adrianna called me and said you are two months past due and we need a payment or we are going to take legal action. As soon as Corrina left Adrianna took over my account. She is no longer there and now I have this account manager, Adrianna, who used to be the receptionist and now calls herself a manager. Her name was Corrina and she was the best of the worst of that bunch. I have had several account managers, one of whom was ok after I reported her attitude to her supervisor. They are rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. I have had an account with A L Financial, S.J. You might as well look up the mafia to borrow from. I will never do business with them again and I advise anybody else to not do business with them. As long as I'm not a month late, it's fine with me. Needless to say, I've made the payments, but I'm not in a hurry to be on time anymore, not with the way they act. I also told her that it sounded like she wanted the car worse than me, and if she wants, she can come and get it. I have sent in partial payments (no, I didn't ask them if I could) and Maria in Tucson said "We don't take partial payments" and "we need to set up a time to pick up your vehicle", I told her that I was only 2 weeks late, not even long enough to be reported to the credit bureau. They do act like loan sharks! As soon as I'm 2 days late, they start calling, threatening to repo the car. I agree with you all, if I had known how they run their business, I would have never accepted the loan with them. One day they're gonna get bad karma and they will go through what we go through. the point is they try to repossess your car before payment is due or the day payment is due. And each month I get an extra 100 charge.still waiting on my damn statement of payments Olivia. And so I have 2, 300 left but my payout is 2, 900?!? Oh nice doesn't sound right. You probably are the A-hole that works for them. Sorry I work hard for my money I'm sure everyone does on here, so when I mail it it they tell me they didn't recieve it well that's not my problem but then they want to repossess my car now?!? When I mailed in my payment and they didn't recieve it?!? It takes more than one day to get there. I have to mail my sht in if not western u ion the money which is an extra $25. They have no way for us to pay online or any easier way to pay online. My point is they call and harass you about car payments before it's due. However my account manager at the time was nice an helped me. Well you know what, I've pai it all on time except twice because the people I worked for paid me a few days late. Oh to the person who said try paying it in time.
